The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in the investigation of a vehicle theft that occurred on March 19, 2023, in the 0-10 block of Chatham Drive.
At about 11:51 p.m., the pictured unknown subject was involved in the theft of a black 2014 Kia Soul (pictured) from the driveway of a residence. The two pictured suspect vehicles were also involved in this incident.
