The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in locating a stolen dog and identifying the subject involved in the theft of the dog in the Third District.
On March 5, 2023 around 12:22 p.m., the dog's owner let her outside of her home in the 9200 block of Palmetto Street. When the dog did not return, the owner checked video surveillance and observed an unknown subject take her dog.
The dog named NOLA, pictured, is a white Shih Tzu.
