The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a subject for questioning in the ongoing investigation of an aggravated battery by shooting incident on March 2, 2022, in the 4200 block of Ulloa Street.
Through investigation, NOPD Third District detectives have developed the pictured unknown male as a person of interest. This subject is not currently wanted on criminal charges. However, detectives feel he may have knowledge of information vital to the investigation and wish to interview him.
