The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Mary Carter (pictured, female, DOB: 12-12-1984) in the investigation of an aggravated assault with a firearm on March 11 in the 1000 block of Casa Calvo Street.
Through investigation, NOPD Fourth District detectives determined that Carter and the victim were engaged in a verbal argument about their living arrangement. During the argument, Carter allegedly produced a handgun and pointed the weapon at the victim. Carter reportedly made threats of shooting the victim while holding the firearm. When the victim called the police, Carter reportedly fled the location.
