The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a suspect in the investigation of a theft that occurred on March 4, 2020 in the 3500 block of General DeGaulle Drive.
At about 8:40 p.m., the pictured subject entered a convenience store and allegedly stole a book of lottery tickets from a cash register before fleeing the store in an unknown direction.
