New Orleans – The NOPD is seeking a suspect involved in a business burglary that occurred on March 11, 2020 at Pontilly Snowballs located in the 3900 block of Old Gentilly Road.

At around 12:19 a.m., surveillance cameras captured the pictured unknown male suspect park his bicycle on the side of Pontilly Snowball’s building.  Soon after, the suspect broke into the business by throwing a brick at the front glass door.  After entering, he jumped over the counter and grabbed the cash register--which he then tried to open by throwing on the floor multiple times.  When he failed to open the cash register the suspect left the shop through the shattered glass door.  The unknown suspect headed westbound on his bicycle before disappearing from view.   You can view additional security video here and here.
