New Orleans – The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a subject involved in a theft incident that occurred on March 5, 2020.
At around 3:45 p.m., the pictured unknown subject allegedly walked onto the porch of a home in the 3900 block of Annunciation Street and sat down. The subject then steals a package from the porch and removes its contents before fleeing the area on foot.
The subject is described as being a black male with a medium build. He was wearing a black t-shirt, blue vest, dark colored pants, white sneakers, sunglasses, and a black durag. He was also carrying a red bag and a large black bag.
