NOPD officers are searching for Jacquaves Harrell (DOB: 09/05/2001), who is wanted in connection with an auto theft that occurred in the Fourth District.
On Monday, February 10, 2020 around 10:57 a.m., the victim’s vehicle was stolen from the 1000 block of Behrman Avenue. During the course of the investigation, Harrell was identified as the subject who stole the victim’s vehicle.
