The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying and locating the pictured subjects after their alleged involvement in an Eighth District theft incident.
The victim told police that on February 6, 2019, at or around 5:30 a.m., he invited the pictured subjects into his hotel room, located in the 1200 block of Poydras Street, and began consuming alcoholic beverages with the subjects, before falling asleep.
The victim advised officers that he woke up around 1 p.m. the same day and discovered that his cell phone, along with his credit cards, laptop and room key were missing. The victim also learned that several unauthorized charges were made on his credit card at various stores in the New Orleans area.
