Suspect Wanted for Theft on Bullard Avenue

The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating the pictured subject who is accused of stealing a victim’s cellphone wallet from her purse while in the 6000 block of Bullard Avenue.

The victim told police that on March 3, 2019 around 7:45 p.m., she was standing in line at a restaurant when the pictured subject removed her cellphone wallet from her purse. The victim reported her cellphone missing along with her debit card and driver’s license. The victim advised officers that she received a notification about several unauthorized charges on her stolen debit card.

On March 6, 2019 the victim reported that her cellphone was recovered from an unknown party at an area gas station. However, the victim’s credit card and driver’s license were not returned. The victim also discovered a photo of the subject that was captured on her cellphone that was stolen.
