Suspect Wanted for Auto Burglaries on Potomac Street

NOPD officers are seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating an unknown male subject after he was accused of burglarizing two vehicle in the Fourth District.

The victim told police that on February 27, 2019, he and his wife’s vehicles were parked in the driveway of their residence, located in the 3200 block of Potomac Street, when their vehicles were burglarized. Both vehicles were rummaged through, and the victim reported a black bag missing from the trunk of his vehicle.

Officers reviewed surveillance footage from this incident and observed a black male subject, wearing a hooded sweater and jeans with shoulder length dreadlocks, enter the victim’s vehicle and rummage through the interior compartments.
