The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying a subject believed to be responsible for an auto theft that occurred in the 3700 block of Clematis Street on March 22, 2019.
The victim told police that at about 8:20 a.m., she parked her vehicle in a parking lot and walked into a business, leaving the vehicle unlocked and running. The victim said that she exited the business at about 8:25 a.m. and found her vehicle to be missing. A review of video surveillance showed the pictured unknown black male wearing a white jacket, black pants and black shoes with a black backpack enter the vehicle and flee the scene.
