The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating the pictured subject who is believed to have valuable information regarding an incident relative to indecent behavior with a juvenile in the Fourth District.
The incident occurred on March 7, 2019 in the 3000 block of Holiday Drive. The pictured subject is not wanted for this incident. However, detectives would like to interview the subject for more information.
