The NOPD is seeking information to aid in locating and identifying a subject believed to be responsible for an attempted burglary of a residence in the 1800 block of North Rampart Street on March 4, 2019.
At about 9:38 a.m., the pictured unknown male subject reportedly attempted to gain entry into a residence by damaging a side window. The victim, who was inside the residence, heard the noise and shouted at the subject. The subject then reportedly fled the area.
