The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify the pictured subject believed to be responsible for an auto burglary in the 400 block of South Scott Street on February 15, 2019.
At about 7:42 p.m., the pictured subject was observed via surveillance footage entering the victim’s unlocked vehicle. Upon further inspection, the victim observed she was missing a portable radio from inside of the vehicle.
