The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate the pictured individual, who was found to be in possession of property reported stolen.
The pictured unknown male suspect was found to be in possession of property that was reported stolen in a residential burglary that occurred in the 3600 block of South Liberty Street on January 22, 2019.
