The NOPD has apprehended Kwane Brown (DOB: 08/02/1993) in connection with a shooting that took place this morning in the 100 block of Decatur Street.

At approximately 6:45 a.m., March 24, 2019, the 34-year-old victim was seated inside of a vehicle when he was shot multiple times. The victim drove to the 800 block of Iberville Street where he sought help. EMS transported the victim to a local hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
