NOPD officers are searching for Ronald Burse (DOB: 03/06/1987), after he was accused of committing access device fraud in the 800 block of Iberville Street.
The reporting person told police that on January 24, 2019, around 10 a.m., he was alerted by the hotel accounting division that several credit card transactions were declined by various credit card companies and flagged as fraudulent.
Officers were advised that Burse approached the front desk of the business and made transactions using credit card information during each transaction. The reporting person told police that Burse did not produce a physical credit card for any of the transactions.
