The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Zell Davis (DOB: 08-20-1985) in the investigation of a simple burglary of a business that occurred on March 24, 2019 in the 1100 block of Kabel Drive.
During the course of the investigation, NOPD Fourth District detectives developed Davis as the subject who is believed to have burglarized the business.
When located, Davis will be arrested for one count each of simple burglary and simple criminal damage to property.
