NOPD officers have arrested Garrett Skinner (DOB: 07/16/1984) after he was found in illegal possession of a firearm while in the 500 block of Bourbon Street.
On March 11, 2019 at or around 2 a.m., Eighth District officers were patrolling the area when they were notified of the pictured subject causing a disturbance at the location.
Upon further investigation, officers confiscated a handgun that was concealed inside of the subject’s waistband. Skinner was transported to the Orleans Parish Justice Center where he was booked accordingly.
