Suspect Wanted in Domestic Cutting Incident on Flanders Street

Officers in the Fourth District are looking to locate Connie Collins (DOB: 12/24/75) after a domestic aggravated battery incident involving a knife.

On March 23, 2018 at around 9:45 p.m., the victim walked out of his apartment in the 1300 block of Flanders Street and was confronted by Collins who accused him of being with another woman. A verbal argument then began, and Collins produced a knife and stabbed the victim multiple times.

Collins was positively identified by the victim in a photographic line up. She also has an active warrant for an armed robbery incident.
