The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying the pictured subject below after he was seen on surveillance video removing two phones from the counter at a store.
The incident happened on February 18, 2018. The victim left her cellphones on the counter at 3622 General Degaulle Drive. A few Moments after the victim walked out of the store, she discovered her phones were left on the counter. The victim returned to the counter and observed her phones missing.
Surveillance cameras showed the subject in the photo taking the victim’s phones.
