Officers in the Sixth District are searching for Noel Carmouche (DOB: 02/16/81) in connection with an aggravated assault incident involving a firearm.
The incident occurred in the 2000 block of 7th Street on February 23, 2018 at around 9:10 p.m. Carmouche has three other outstanding arrest warrants on file regarding separate incidents.
