Officers in the Fourth District arrested Charles Lacoste (DOB:01-22-92) for being a convicted felon while in possession of a firearm, illegal carrying of a weapon while in possession of narcotics and possession of marijuana.
The incident happened on March 26, 2018. Fourth District Narcotics detectives concluded an investigation into a CrimeStoppers tip that reported the selling and distribution of illegal narcotics in the 400 block of Homer Street. The detectives assisted with the NOPD’s Special Operation Division executed a search warrant at the location. During the search, officers seized a revolver handgun and marijuana.
Lacoste was booked accordingly into Central Lock-up.
