The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate a suspect wanted in an aggravated battery incident that occurred on February 28, 2018 in the 1200 block of Tulane Avenue.
At about 10:19 a.m., the victim and pictured subject had a brief conversation while both were in the 1200 block of Tulane Avenue. The pictured subject then reportedly produced a BB gun and shot the victim in the right leg, before entering a vehicle and fleeing the scene.
