NOPD Searches for Subject in Sixth District Aggravated Battery

The NOPD is searching for a subject in connection with a Sixth District aggravated battery.

 

Dejuan Brooks (B/M DOB: 11/24/98) is wanted in connection with an aggravated battery that occurred in the 2400 block of Amelia Street on February 28, 2018.

 

Brooks faces charges of aggravated battery relative to an aggravated assault with a firearm, and illegal possession of a firearm (special condition).

 

Brooks is also wanted on additional warrants involving second-degree aggravated battery.

 

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Dejuan Brooks is asked to contact Detective Christopher Puccio or any Sixth District detective 504-658-6060, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously at 504-822-1111 or toll free at 1-877-903-7867.
