The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Tabitha “Tabby” Ryan (DOB unknown) in connection with an aggravated battery by cutting that occurred on March 17, 2018 in the 1000 block of Decatur Street.
At about 11:30 p.m., Ryan is believed to have been involved in a verbal altercation with the victim, at which time Ryan allegedly cut the victim on her throat with a broken beer bottle and fled the scene toward Esplanade Avenue.
