The NOPD has arrested four individuals after serving warrants in what is believed to be an ongoing narcotic trade operation.

On March 23, 2018, Fourth District narcotics detectives concluded an investigation stemming from a tip received through Crimestoppers of Greater New Orleans alleging illegal narcotics sales taking place. Assisted by NOPD Special Operations Division officers, detectives served simultaneous warrants on residence in the 2400 block of Farragut Street and the 3400 block of Mansfield Street.

Execution of the search warrants led to the discovery of both cocaine and marijuana between the two locations, along with large amounts of cash and items commonly used in the packaging and distribution of illegal narcotics

The following suspects were arrested at the locations and were subsequently booked into the Orleans Parish Justice Center:

  • Sterling Williams (DOB: 01-30-1961), booked for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
  • Darius Stokes (DOB: 06-22-1988), booked for possession of marijuana and crack cocaine with intent to distribute.
  • Ebione Allen (DOB: 10-13-1988), booked for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
  • Devyn Rogers (DOB: 04-03-1987), booked for possession of marijuana and crack cocaine with intent to distribute.

Anyone with additional information on these arrested individuals is asked to contact Fourth District detectives at 504-658-6040.
