The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate an individual captured on surveillance video in commission of a theft on March 22, 2017 at the Wing Snack restaurant, located at 3570 Holiday Drive.
At the time of the incident, the victim reported while at the restaurant, her wallet went missing when she placed it down on a chair. The victim reported her debit card was later discovered in the restroom of the location, but the wallet was not found.
A review of video surveillance camera footage from the location shows an unknown subject sit on the chair with the wallet. The subject is seen hiding the wallet under his shirt before proceeding to the restroom. The subject exited the store, without turning in the wallet. The victim said the wallet contained her credit and debit cards and cash.
When located, the pictured subject will be charged with theft of property and possession of stolen property.
