The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject seen on surveillance camera in a shoplifting at the Dollar General store at 5700 Crowder Boulevard on January 31, 2017.
On the date of the occurrence, the pictured subject entered the store and took possession of merchandise before fleeing the store without paying for the merchandise.
