The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying an unknown male who was seen taking a set of keys and driving off in a victim's 2013 black Nissan Rogue.
The incident happened on March 4, 2017. At around 8:20 a.m., the victim locked and secured his vehicle in the parking lot of Walmart located in the 6000 block of Bullard Avenue before walking into the store. The victim then told police as he was exiting the store he realized he lost his keys. The victim then stated he discovered his vehicle missing from the parking lot.
The pictured suspect was seen on surveillance video picking up the victim’s keys and driving off in his vehicle. The victim’s car is described as a 2013 black Nissan Rogue with a Louisiana License plate of YCK183.
