The NOPD is seeking assistance to locate a juvenile reported as a runaway.
The juvenile’s mother stated on that on March 12, 2017 at approximately 11:30 p.m., her daughter, Kimora Encalade (DOB: 11-30-2003), ran away from their home on foot in an unknown direction. Encalade is described as a habitual runaway.
Encalade is described as a black female, standing 6’0” and weighing about 220 lbs. She was last seen wearing a green crop-top blouse with a moon logo and grey sweatpants.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Kimora Encalade is asked to contact Fifth District detectives at 504-658-6050.
