The NOPD is requesting assistance from the public in locating and identifying an individual believed to be responsible for a shoplifting at the Dollar General store at 230 North Broad Avenue on March 28, 2017.
At about 9:55 a.m., the pictured individual was observed taking numerous toothpaste items from a shelf, placing them into a black backpack and leaving the building without paying for the items.
