The NOPD is searching for Diquan (DOB: 05-19-1997) and Lionell Allen (DOB: 06-20-1998) for their involvement in an auto theft and a residential burglary.
Automobile Theft: The incident happened on January 30, 2017. At around 4:00 a.m., the victim’s vehicle was stolen outside her residence in the 4900 block of Eastern Street. Throughout the course of the investigation, detectives identified Lionell Allen and Diquan Allen as the perpetrators in the incident.
Residential Burglary: The incident happened on November 30, 2015. At around 2:18 p.m., the victim told police her residence which is located in the 4200 block of Mithra Street was burglarized. The victim discovered the rear window open and shoes, jewelry and other items were missing from the home. Through the course of the investigation, officers identified Lionell Allen as the perpetrator in the incident.
