New Orleans - The NOPD is seeking Racheal Despenza (pictured, 3/24/1989) for a theft and unauthorized use of access card incident that occurred on May 4, 2020 and May 5, 2020.
Despenza was captured on surveillance video using the victim’s debit card at an ATM machine where she removed $510 in cash without the victim’s permission.
