Suspects Sought in Fourth District Armed Robbery

The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating four suspects in the investigation of an armed robbery that occurred on June 17, 2020 in the 4600 block of General De Gaulle Drive.

At about 6:25 p.m., the victim reportedly entered a business at the location and made a purchase. The victim then exited the store and was allegedly followed to his vehicle by the subject pictured at center wearing a blue Chicago Cubs baseball cap, white t-shirt and blue jeans. The victim attempted to pump gas as the suspect pictured at far left allegedly exited a white pickup truck in the parking lot and approached the victim with a handgun, at which time a struggle ensued. During the struggle, the victim sustained a gunshot wound to the hand. The suspect in the blue hat then reportedly entered the front driver’s side door of the victim’s vehicle and removed an unknown amount of cash from the center cup holder. The two suspects, along with the suspect pictured at far right, fled the location inside the pictured pickup truck driven by an unknown fourth subject (not pictured). The suspects’ vehicle was last observed heading west on General De Gaulle Drive, then unknown.

The suspects’ vehicle is described as a white Dodge Ram 1500 with an unknown temporary license tag on the rear bumper. The vehicle has a black rear driver’s side passenger door, black doors on the passenger side, and a red front passenger quarter panel.
