The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify those responsible for an auto theft that occurred in the 2000 block of Gentilly Boulevard on June 14, 2020.
At about 10:41 a.m., the unknown male pictured in the purple hooded jacket exited the pictured Jeep Grand Cherokee (bearing Louisiana license plate 146DJH) and stole the pictured blue Volkswagen Jetta. Both vehicles then fled north on Paris Avenue. The Volkswagen was later recovered on June 16 at the intersection of Carnot and Mandeville streets.
