The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Carroll Forbes (pictured, DOB: 04-21-1960) in the investigation of multiple auto theft incidents in the Eighth District.
Forbes has been positively identified as the perpetrator in seven auto theft investigations dating back to September 2019 through June 2020. Additionally, a DNA buccal swab warrant has been obtained for Forbes in a January 2020 auto burglary investigation.
