The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify two subjects in the investigation of copper thefts occurring in the 3600 block of Paris Road.
On May 13, the pictured two unknown males were seen gaining illegal entry into a decommissioned part of a power plant. The subjects proceeded to cut out copper cabling, strip it and load it into a boat before leaving the property via waterway. These subjects are believed to possibly be involved in multiple copper thefts that have occurred at this location.
