New Orleans - The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Harvess Binford (pictured; DOB:3-6-98) who is wanted for a domestic abuse aggravated assault incident that occurred in the 6300 block of Woodland Highway.
Binford was reportedly in a physical altercation with the victim, before he obtained a knife. The subject held the knife to the victim while questioning her about her interactions with the police. Also, Binford allegedly threatened to kill the victim and their child.
