NOPD officers are seeking assistance in locating Jasmine Dixon after she was identified as a person of interest in connection with a homicide that occurred in the 2800 block of Almonaster Avenue on December 3, 2019.
Dixon is not currently wanted for this incident, however, detectives would like to locate the individual for questioning related to this investigation.
