New Orleans - The NOPD is searching for a stolen handgun that was taken during an auto burglary incident that occurred on June 1, 2020.
At around 8:30 p.m., the window of a vehicle parked in the 200 block of South Rampart Street was shattered. When the owner of the car returned to his vehicle, he discovered his “Sig Sauer” handgun was missing along with several cigars. For reference purposes only, a picture of a gun similar to the reported stolen handgun is posted.
