The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating Lynette Carter (DOB: 08/28/1991), who is wanted for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling.
On April 6, 2019, Carter was involved in a trespassing incident that occurred in the 2300 block of 6th Street. Officers learned that the authorized tenant was incarcerated at the time of this incident and Carter did not have permission to be inside the victim’s residence.
