The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating a suspect who is wanted for his involvement in an illegal dumping incident in the Second District.

On May 30, 2019 around 7:14 p.m., a white pickup truck arrived in the 5700 block of Edinburgh Street. An unknown black male wearing a blue shirt and black pants exited the vehicle and began dumping tree branches on side of the road. The suspect then reentered his vehicle and fled the scene.
