The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject believed to be responsible for a theft in the 4000 block of Behrman Highway on June 3, 2019.
At about 8:33 a.m., the pictured subject was observed removing the victim’s wallet from her shopping cart while the victim was not paying attention. The subject then exited the business in possession of the victim’s wallet and fled in an unknown direction.
