The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a subject in the investigation of a theft incident in the 300 block of Elysian Fields Avenue on June 12, 2019.
At about 2:54 p.m., the victim reportedly left her purse on her table at the location. A busser found the purse and was instructed by the pictured male subject it belonged to his wife. The subject then fled the location on foot westbound on Abundance Street with the victim’s purse.
