The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject seen on video surveillance in the investigation of a vehicle burglary that occurred in the 3300 block of 4th Street on June 22, 2019.
At about 1:12 p.m., the victim observed the window of his vehicle was smashed in. The above pictured suspect was observed at about 12:38 p.m. on security camera smashing the victim’s vehicle window and stealing a handicap placard from inside the vehicle. Surveillance video of the subject can be viewed in the above player.
