The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject in the investigation of a theft from the exterior of a vehicle that occurred on June 22, 2019 in the 3300 block of Garden Oaks Drive.
At approximately 6:25 a.m., the pictured unknown was seen in a parking lot in the 3300 block of Garden Oaks Drive and allegedly removed tires from various vehicle parked at the location. The subject then fled the location in the vehicle pictured to the left – described as a four-door vehicle with a sunroof and dark tinted windows – towards Siene Street, then unknown.
