The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject seen on video in the commission of an aggravated assault with a firearm on June 7, 2019 in the 3600 block of MacArthur Boulevard.
At approximately 5:22 p.m., the unknown black male seen in the above video entered into a Subway restaurant located in the 3600 block of MacArthur Boulevard. The subject became engaged in a verbal altercation with the clerk, during which the subject was seen retrieving a firearm from his waistband and pointing it at the clerk. The subject then fled the location in an unknown direction.
