NOPD Searches for Subject Wanted for Fifth District Homicide

The NOPD is searching for a subject wanted for a homicide in the Fifth District.

On May 26, 2019 at around 9:58 p.m., NOPD Fifth District officers responded to an aggravated battery by shooting in the 2200 block of St. Anthony Street. Upon arrival a victim was located and pronounced deceased on scene.

Through investigation, Philip Soublet (B/M DOB: DOB: 07/06/1990) was identified as the perpetrator. Soublet is wanted for second-degree murder, attempted murder, and an armed robbery that occurred in the Fifth District.
